Following the dismissal of his RICO and TVPA claims in U.S. District Court, Steve Otis has refiled his claims of gender-motivated violence and rape in New York Supreme Court.

On January 14, 2026, U.S. District Judge Loretta Preska dismissed former Cowboys4Angels escort Steve Otis’ claims against Sean Combs, two with prejudice: racketeering and trafficking, and the rest without prejudice to renewal in a State court of competent jurisdiction. Otis refiled his gender-motivated violence and rape claims in New York Supreme Court on January 27, explicitly detailing the alleged incident.
